About

REIA Social is a bi-monthly Real Estate Investor Association Meetup on Boston’s North Shore. REIA Social focuses on networking and socializing to build relationships and share expertise and opportunities.

Events usually recur on the second Tuesday of every other month from 7 - 9pm, in Wakefield, MA. No presentations or sales pitches. We keep the atmosphere welcoming, casual, and positive.

All are welcome - flippers, landlords, wholesalers, agents, lenders, contractors, experts, and newbies. Grab a drink, grab a bite, chat real estate, and have a good time.

REIA Social is organized by local investor and architect Mike Griffin. He wanted a fun, no-pressure, and free real estate meetup that would complement other REIA events in area.
